How Accesco Living Is Building a More Connected Commerce Network for Everyday Life
Accesco Living is building a connected commerce system that brings consumers, suppliers, inventory and logistics closer together across groceries, food, fashion and everyday essentials.

India’s consumer internet story has spent the last decade making individual parts of daily life faster. Grocery can arrive in minutes. Food can be ordered from a phone. Fashion can be discovered without stepping into a store.
Accesco Living is approaching the opportunity from a different direction.
The company is building a commerce platform around the idea that everyday consumption should feel less fragmented. Instead of treating groceries, food, fashion and household essentials as separate journeys, Accesco is working toward a connected system in which discovery, demand, supply, inventory and fulfilment operate closer to one another.
The ambition is not simply to move products faster. It is to rethink how the pieces behind an everyday purchase fit together.
A commerce network built around the household
For consumers, shopping is rarely about a single category.
A household may need groceries today, food later in the evening, a fashion purchase next week and a range of everyday essentials throughout the month. Yet these needs are often served through disconnected platforms, inventories and experiences.
Accesco Living’s proposition is built around bringing those behaviours into a broader commerce environment.
The company wants consumers to discover products more meaningfully, shop across everyday categories with greater convenience and develop a clearer understanding of their spending. Behind that experience sits a network designed to connect supply with demand more intelligently.
That means looking beyond the checkout screen.
The infrastructure behind everyday commerce
A commerce platform can only work as well as the operating system beneath it.
Products need to be sourced. Suppliers need to be coordinated. Inventory needs to be positioned closer to demand. Logistics has to move goods reliably through the network. Commercial relationships have to keep the ecosystem expanding, while technology has to bring the different layers together.
Accesco is building its organisation around these requirements.
At the seed stage, the company’s founding leadership brings together four distinct areas of responsibility.
Argha Sengupta, CEO & Co-Founder, leads the company’s overall direction. Mahammad Asif, COO & Co-Founder, oversees operations, supply-chain management, sales and research and development. Ayushman Saha, CBDO & Co-Founder, focuses on business development, while Nikhil K, CTO, leads the technology function.
The structure is intentional: strategy, technology, commercial development and physical operations need to evolve together when the objective is to build a commerce network rather than a standalone consumer product.
Putting supply closer to demand
One of Accesco’s core ideas is that the relationship between producers and consumers can be made more direct.
As urban demand becomes more varied and increasingly immediate, the location and movement of inventory become critical. Products sitting in the wrong place create friction long before a customer clicks “buy”.
Accesco’s approach places greater emphasis on understanding demand and positioning inventory accordingly.
In that model, logistics is not simply the last mile. It is part of a larger chain that begins with sourcing and continues through inventory placement, fulfilment and delivery.
The result the company is working toward is a more responsive network—one where the supply side can better reflect what households actually need and where they need it.
More than a marketplace
Another defining part of Accesco Living’s vision is its treatment of products after the first transaction.
The company sees an opportunity to build a system in which products can retain value beyond their initial purchase. That shifts the definition of commerce from a simple exchange between a buyer and seller toward a longer product lifecycle.
It is a significant distinction.
A traditional transaction ends when the order is delivered. A connected commerce network can potentially continue creating value after that moment—through how products are used, retained, circulated or re-enter the ecosystem.
Building for the way consumers actually live
The broader thesis behind Accesco Living is rooted in a simple observation: consumers do not experience their lives in retail categories.
They experience households.
The same consumer who orders groceries also buys food, replaces everyday products, shops for clothing and makes dozens of small purchasing decisions over the course of a month. A commerce system built around that reality can look very different from one organised around individual categories.
That is the system Accesco is attempting to build.
Its founding team combines technology, operations, supply chain, business development, sales, finance, research and development and broader commercial capabilities around one objective: creating a connected layer between consumer demand and the network required to serve it.
The bigger Accesco thesis
Accesco Living is still at an early stage, but its direction is already broader than a conventional delivery proposition.
The company is building toward a commerce network where households can discover more relevant products, producers can get closer to urban demand, inventory can be positioned with greater intelligence, and everyday purchases can move through a more connected operating system.
That vision changes the question from how fast can a product reach the customer? to a larger one:
Can the entire journey of everyday consumption—from discovery and sourcing to inventory, fulfilment and the life of the product after purchase—work better as one connected system?
Accesco Living is building toward that answer.
